• You lot might be wondering, "So what the heck is this Monday Poll thing anyway?"
  Well, information technology isn't much of a poll. Information technology's more but a constantly evolving (devolving?), somewhat random list of questions I've been putting out to readers every Monday morning for the past iii years, which I guess makes this somewhere around Vol. 186. I've always enjoyed reading your answers in the comments, and I hope you savor reading mine.
  

1. Mood:

A'ight. I could use a petty more slumber (per usual). It's supposed to be hot here today. Probably one of the concluding really hot days of the year, and I might try to sneak away to the pool for a few minutes this afternoon.

2. The most disorganized part of your makeup collection?

My eyeshadows. I've been meaning to depot them all and organize everything by color, but every time I set my mind to doing it I get sidetracked past something else.

3. Something that ever thanks yous up?

Watching Tabs while he sleeps. He'll twitch and kicking his lilliputian paws every in one case in a while, I presume while he'due south dreaming about his former life as an outdoor kitty, chasing bugs, stalking lizards and lounging about in the sun.

4. When was the last time you "busted a move"?

But last night, as a thing of fact. I was in the kitchen making tea and felt the rhythm striking me, so I belted out an improv version Planet Soul ("Gear up you complimentary! Prepare you free!").

5. Do you know how to fishtail braid your pilus?

I practice, just I haven't worn information technology out in public in a zillion years.

6. What'due south the least used product in your makeup collection?

Hmm… Probably face primer. I get through phases where one month I'm into information technology, next calendar month I'chiliad not. I oasis't been into it for a long while, though. I recollect I've but been too lazy to go that actress stride.

7. One way in which yous feel daring?

I guess in my ability to let my goofy side show. I mean it's there, right? Why hibernate information technology? 🙂

8. How do yous feel virtually jumpsuits?

Fine in concept (like the whole jumpsuit-outfit idea), but I haven't found ane that works well for me. Who makes a cute one-piece designed for short girls with a big bum? Anyone?

9. A habit you'd like to break?

To be less critical of myself. That'due south been a tough 1 to interruption.

10. Weekly goals:

Basically to go on up the practiced work with my exercise routine and continue tracking my progress using that My Fitness Pal app on the iPhone (4 pounds lost so far, yay!). This is also the concluding official week of summer, and I want to finish the season on a high note. I'm not gonna let myself sweat whatever of the small stuff. That'southward it. Washed bargain.

G'morn, friend! Are you lot, too, obsessed with Ryan Gosling? I am, and I'thou beginning to wonder if nosotros should start a support group.

Last night I spent an entire hour watching vids of him on YouTube (don't tell El Hub!), and in that time I plant this footling precious stone from his Mickey Mouse Social club days. Cypher to the 1:32 mark for the real joy (extra points if y'all recognize the other dudes in the prune)…
